All our orders are shipped via USPS. Orders go out within 1-2 business days from the date received (except Quilts - they will ship in 2-3 business days). If you want things shipped UPS contact us for rates.

Duties and Taxes:International orders are subject to duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

Sending a gift?

For Gifts shipped to a different address please send us a note in the "Ordering Instructions" box letting us know that it is a gift. We will then send your invoice to your billing address only.

Returns:

When returning merchandise to Blue Ice Clothing, return them USPS insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. COD returns can not be accepted and will be refused. Enclose a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, or repair. We will refund postage due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise.

Refund:
If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement. Purchases made by check or money order will be issued a refund check. If you were using Pay Pal, we will reverse the charges.
Exchanges:
Even exchanges of purchases made by credit card or Pay Pal will be a simple swap of merchandise. If the new item has a different price, we will charge or credit your credit card accordingly. If you were using Pay Pal and there is a difference in price you will have to place a new order and we will refund the old order, or give us your credit card number and we will take care of it.
